<Familiar Stranger> is a space installation project. There’ are two mirrors inside this room, through which the user can only see their appearance from behind. To look at someone from behind, means that we are looking at someones defenselessness. Just as it is. This place becomes extremely personal and confidential.
"To someone, definitely we were somebody, looked from behind in thought. The appearance from behind. Inside his/her thought, what were we? Were we a hateful figure, or just someone who had been stared vacantly. Or somebody's unrequited love?”
